Meet Your House Cleaner
Hi, I’m Jhanelle Owens. I’m the professional behind Room Renew Cleaning Services.
I believe the person cleaning your home should know it as well as you do, including noticing the details, respecting the space, and providing the same standard every time.
That’s why I work independently and with a small number of homes. When you schedule a cleaning with me, you’ll always know who is arriving and know that your home is in hands that genuinely care.

Services Offered
Deep Cleaning – Every new client begins here. A thorough, top-to-bottom reset that allows me to bring your home up to the standard it will be maintained at going forward.
Recurring Cleaning (Weekly or Bi-weekly) – Your home is maintained at a consistent standard, so it always looks and feels its best.
To maintaining a consistent standard, the following services are outside the scope of my work:
- Decluttering or full organizing services
- Laundry or household management tasks
- Garages, patios, or exterior areas
- Hazardous material cleanup, including mold or excessive pet waste
The Walkthrough
The walkthrough is where we meet. Before anything else, I want to see your home, hear what matters most to you, and get a clear sense of what it needs. It’s a conversation, not an inspection.
We’ll talk through the size and layout of your home, the areas that need the most attention, and what ongoing care looks like for your specific situation.
There’s no pressure and no obligation. The purpose is simply clarity – for both of us. After the walkthrough, you’ll receive a personalized estimate based on your home’s condition and the level of care you’re looking for.
